1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a consultation, or submitting your information to EIC Construction, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

• Program Description: EIC Construction sends SMS notifications regarding appointment confirmations, project estimates, on-site scheduling, inspections, change orders, customer care responses, and general construction service updates.
• Optional Consent: Providing your consent to receive text messages is completely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods, services, or securing an estimate with EIC Construction.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active project stage, inquiry volume, or requested updates (typically 2 to 4 messages per month).
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
• Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message of your opt-out.

• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Construction Inquiries & Estimates

Submission of an opt-in or inquiry form does not constitute a binding contractual commitment for construction work until a formal written agreement and scope of work is reviewed, signed, and authorized by both parties.
